Now although you may have heard of a Daiquiri before, it probably was laced with sugar & strawberries. It may have even given you brain-freeze. So this simple, refreshing daiquiri uses lemon juice, syrup & rum to give you a new sipper this summer. Enjoy!
- 50ml/ 2 parts rum
- 15ml/ 0.5 part simple syrup
- 1/2 lime juiced
- Wedge of lime to serve
