This week’s #LockdownLunch is with Sami Tamimi, the executive head chef & co-founder of Ottolenghi, as well as the creative force behind some seriously delicious cookbooks.

Alongside Yotam Ottolenghi, Sami Tamimi is co-author of two bestselling cookbooks; Ottolenghi: The Cookbook and Jerusalem: A Cookbook. Sami’s most recent book is with Tara Wigley & is called ‘Falastin’, which is an ode to Middle Eastern foods & flavours.

Sami will be cooking Roasted Cod with Coriander Crust from Falastin, so get ready for a healthy, fresh & satiating fish dish for this week’s Lockdown Lunch.
